As one of the editors for Illumination, I am frustrated that writers take us for granted. I put in several hours a day. Time away from writing to edit contributor's stories. I have several thousand drafts in my inbox and the queue never lessens. Writers message me on Slack, after correcting the problems I pointed out in their drafts order me to publish immediately.
